Prior to starting QwikRecruiting, Tyler spent 20 years coaching football at the Power 5, Group of 5, FCS, and high school levels. Most recently, he was in charge of recruiting at Alabama and Ole Miss. Tyler was the first ever Director of Player Personnel of the Year winner, awarded by Footballscoop.com. While in charge of recruiting at Ole Miss, the 2013 class produced 4 NFL First Round draft picks. He followed that up with an Alabama 2014 class that produced 2 NFL First Round draft picks, and a 2015 Alabama class that produced 3 NFL First Round Picks.

Prior to joining QwikRecruiting, Clayton served as the Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations for Ole Miss Football from 2018-2021. During his tenure, Ole Miss was responsible for two top 25 recruiting classes. In 2017, Clayton was the Running Backs Coach at East Central Community College. While at ECCC, he coached Antonio Gibson, who went on to be drafted by the Washington Football Team with the 66th pick of the 2020 NFL Draft. Clayton holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. He worked as a recruiting specialist for Alabama Football, while assisting Coach Burton Burns with the Running Backs.

Before serving as QwikRecruiting’s CTO, Austin was an IT Director focusing on cyber security, website development/design, and network administration. Graduating from the University of Mississippi, Austin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, while minoring in Computer Science, Digital Media Studies, and Professional Writing. Austin has a passion for all things esports, as he served on the Ole Miss Esports executive council for three years, as well as led the Overwatch team to various tournament successes as a coach and a player. Austin is originally from Yazoo City, Mississippi.

Connor joined the QwikRecruiting staff after spending six seasons (2015-2020) with Ole Miss football’s recruiting department as a recruiting specialist. At Ole Miss he assisted Tight Ends Coach Maurice Harris, 2016’s Coach of the Year award winner Mike MacIntyre, and two-time Recruiter of the Year award winner Chris Patridge with their recruiting efforts. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi in 2019. Connor is from Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Cole joined the QwikRecruiting staff in the fall of 2022. He attended Northwest Mississippi Community College where he played football. While at Northwest, he helped lead them to a 2019 MACJC North Division Championship. Following his time in Junior College, Cole headed back to his home state where he attended the University of Missouri, majoring in Strategic Communications. Cole is originally from St. Charles, Missouri.

Patrick Nolan joins the staff after spending three years (2019-2021) at the University of Georgia working in various departments throughout Athletics. He spent one year each in football recruiting/personnel, football video, and event management/facilities. While at UGA, Patrick worked closely with current LSU Wide Receivers Coach Cortez Hankton during the 2021 season. In his time working with the Georgia Football program (2020-2021), the Bulldogs signed a Top 3 Recruiting Class, won two New Year’s Six bowls, and won the 2021 CFP National Championship. Patrick is from Johns Creek, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management

Prior to joining QwikRecruiting, Bobby spent 7 seasons working in the SEC. Most recently, he spent 3 seasons with LSU Football. Originally hired as the Defensive Personnel Analyst and later being promoted to Assistant Director of Recruiting. Prior to LSU, he spent 2 seasons with UGA Football as a Recruiting Analyst where he was part of the 2021 National Championship team. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2020 after working 2 seasons as a Student Recruiting Specialist. Barham has been part of 3 top 5 recruiting classes and 15 NFL 1st Round Picks including a Heisman and #1 overall pick.
