Tyler Siskey
Founder & CEO

Prior to starting QwikRecruiting, Tyler spent 20 years coaching football at the Power 5, Group of 5, FCS, and high school levels. Most recently, he was in charge of recruiting at Alabama and Ole Miss. Tyler was the first ever Director of Player Personnel of the Year winner, awarded by Footballscoop.com. While in charge of recruiting at Ole Miss, the 2013 class produced 4 NFL First Round draft picks. He followed that up with an Alabama 2014 class that produced 2 NFL First Round draft picks, and a 2015 Alabama class that produced 3 NFL First Round Picks.

Clayton Karcher
Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining QwikRecruiting, Clayton served as the Assistant Director of Recruiting Operations for Ole Miss Football from 2018-2021. During his tenure, Ole Miss was responsible for two top 25 recruiting classes. In 2017, Clayton was the Running Backs Coach at East Central Community College. While at ECCC, he coached Antonio Gibson, who went on to be drafted by the Washington Football Team with the 66th pick of the 2020 NFL Draft. Clayton holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama. He worked as a recruiting specialist for Alabama Football, while assisting Coach Burton Burns with the Running Backs.

Austin Turner
Chief Technology Officer

Before serving as QwikRecruiting's CTO, Austin was an IT Director focusing on cyber security, website development/design, and network administration. Graduating from the University of Mississippi, Austin received his Bachelor's Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, while minoring in Computer Science, Digital Media Studies, and Professional Writing. Austin has a passion for all things esports, as he served on the Ole Miss Esports executive council for three years, as well as led the Overwatch team to various tournament successes as a coach and a player. Austin is originally from Yazoo City, Mississippi.

Connor Jeffries
VP of Operations

Connor joins the staff after spending six years (2015-2020) with Ole Miss football's recruiting department as a recruiting specialist. He earned his Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Business Administration and a minor in Sports and Recreation Administration from the University of Mississippi in 2019. During his time at Ole Miss the Rebels accounted for three top 35, two top 25, and one top 5 signing classes. At Ole Miss he assisted current Liberty Co-Offensive Coordinator Maurice Harris, 2016's Coach of the Year award winner Mike MacIntyre, and current Ole Miss Co-Defensive Coordinator and two time Recruiter of the Year award winner Chris Patridge on their recruiting efforts. Connor is from Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Birch Mason
Director of Scouting

Birch Mason joined QwikRecruiting as Director of Scouting in December of 2020. Previously, Mason served as a Recruiting Specialist in the Ole Miss Football Recruiting Department playing a role in both the 2019 and 2020 recruiting classes. In 2020, he graduated from the University of Mississippi earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Mason is a native of Columbus, Georgia, and a graduate of Columbus High School Class of 2016.

Hunt Coleman
Director of Football Personnel & Development

Robert Hunt Coleman spent three years working at the University of Mississippi where he was a Recruiting Specialist, working with current Indiana Safeties Coach Jason Jones, UTSA Defensive Coordinator Tyrone Nix, and Oklahoma Tight Ends Coach Joe Jon Finley. In his time at Ole Miss, the Rebels signed two Top 25 Recruiting Classes. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with an Undergraduate Degree in Sport and Recreation Administration, emphasizing in Sport Administration and Minoring in General Business. He is currently working towards earning his Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.

Raquel Rodriguez
Director of Creative Communication

Before joining QwikRecruiting, Raquel was a news producer for NBC affiliate KVOA in Tucson, Arizona. At KVOA, Raquel produced the 4 O’Clock newscast, where she covered local stories in Southern Arizona. Raquel also serves as a digital host and reporter for Babcock Hoops and hosts and produces the Hard Edge Football Podcast with Rich Rod. Raquel attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and was a member of the cheer team. While in school, Raquel worked as a sports reporter for GOAZCATS.com, a school fan website that is part of rivals.com and the Yahoo! Sports Network. Additionally, she was a sports reporter for UATV, the student-run news network. Raquel graduated in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Sports Management. Raquel is from Morgantown, West Virginia.

Patrick Nolan
Director of High School Relations

Patrick Nolan joins the staff after spending three years (2019-2021) at the University of Georgia working in various departments throughout Athletics. He spent one year each in football recruiting/personnel, football video, and event management/facilities. While at UGA, Patrick worked closely with current LSU Wide Receivers Coach Cortez Hankton during the 2021 season. In his time working with the Georgia Football program (2020-2021), the Bulldogs signed a Top 3 Recruiting Class, won two New Year’s Six bowls, and won the 2021 CFP National Championship. Patrick is from Johns Creek, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management

Dave Shumate
Executive Director of Sales & Account Management

Previous to joining QwikRecruiting, Dave was the Director of Player Personnel for the University of Central Florida. He was hired by head coach Les Miles at Kansas in 2019 as director of player personnel after spending three years at Texas A&M, two of which were as the assistant director of personnel for the Aggies. In College Station, Shumate managed the roster, recruiting boards and the walk-on program, evaluated prospective student-athletes and kept up with nationwide recruiting news, assisted coaches during contact and evaluation periods and handled advanced scouting of opposing team personnel. Shumate previously served as coordinator of player personnel at Auburn in 2016, and was coordinator of offensive player personnel at Georgia from 2014-16.

After graduating from Alabama in 2012 with a major in communication studies and a minor in telecommunication and film, Shumate was a personnel analyst at Miami. He is married to the former Kaitlin Jenkins.
